No, as a private Centre we are fee for service.
Yes. Most of our services are recognized by insurance companies. We will provide you with a receipt so you can submit for reimbursement.
We are an outpatient recovery Centre intentionally. We deeply value people moving through recovery while they are simultaneously engaging in life. This means that our clients go home at the end of the day. Clients come to us from all over and either rent or Airbnb in the neighbourhood. We are happy to help assist in this, should you require.
As an individualized treatment centre, we recognize that no two people will require the same treatment. Therefore, cost of treatment is determined upon the initial clinical consultation with Kyla.
We’ve partnered with Medicard to provide a payment plan option should you need financial assistance for services or treatment with us. The length of the program is unique to every client based on the trajectory of their recovery and how they move through the process. Most clients work with us on average six months to a year in varying degrees over the course of that time.
No two people use our services in the same capacity. Clients do recovery work at the Centre based on their individually designed treatment plan. Frequency of appointments will be decided upon the initial clinical consultation with Kyla.
We treat the entire spectrum of eating disorders and disordered eating. Anyone who identifies as being affected by this or who finds themselves in harm with binging, purging and /or restricting is a candidate for our program.
At the Centre we treat all people of all ages. Limitations around acceptance to our care (i.e. BMI) are determined on a case by case basis.
No. We are an inclusive space and treat anyone who identifies as having an eating disorder or disordered eating, and their loved ones.
The Women's Wellness Program was launched in 2018 in response to so many women who do not identify as having an eating disorder or disordered eating but want to access our services. Therefore, WWP is the opportunity for all women, or those who identify as being a woman, to receive care from The Centre.
