Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Workshop

In recent years Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) has become a prominent and sought-after modality. DBT is recognized for its powerful strategies that are shown to be highly effective in managing and gradually changing unhealthy patterns. DBT offers clear and simple-to-use methods of proactive coping that can be used anywhere at any time.
This intensive workshop will offer foundational skills and resources for managing and building resilience against harmful thoughts and urges. We will introduce several crucial skill sets in the areas of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants will be encouraged to work with the patterns in their lives they find challenging through applying and practising new skills.

Registration Fee: $250 per person
