The Emma Fund
The Kyla Fox Centre donates $1 from every session.
Emma Rose Winter Paul was a vibrant, clever, funny and talented young woman who struggled with eating disorders for much of her life. A rebel to her core, Emma was a strong advocate for dignity, respect, creative expression and privacy in recovery.
Although she struggled valiantly, Emma succumbed to her disease and took her own life at the age of 21.
The Paul family asks that donations made in Emma’s memory be available to those who cannot otherwise afford the services that The Kyla Fox Centre provides. They too believe that the best chance for recovery lies in a humanist, empathetic approach. Kyla’s philosophy reflects just that.
