The Emma Fund Donation Disclaimer:
The Kyla Fox Centre reserves all rights in determining the distribution of all donations made by you to the Emma Fund without exception. By donating to the Emma Fund, as marked by the donation being processed and accepted by the Kyla Fox Centre, you acknowledge and agree to the Kyla Fox Centre’s responsibility in distributing your donation to fund treatment services for Kyla Fox Centre clients without your verbal or written input. You acknowledge and agree by donating to the Emma Fund that the Emma Fund is not a registered charity and, therefore, a charitable tax credit will not be available for donations. You acknowledge and accept by making a donation to the Emma Fund that the donation will be used in its entirety to fund treatment services for Kyla Fox Centre clients chosen to receive treatment funding by The Kyla Fox Centre.
Refunds for Emma Fund donations will not be available to you once the donation has been received by the Kyla Fox Centre. You acknowledge and accept that the Kyla Fox Centre reserves the right to use its discretion for refunding any donations made in error.
